1. The empanelment of hospitals in KP will be done quarterly as per the directive of the Department of Health KP

2. Starting from March 2022, the government of KP has imposed a non-refundable assessment fee for each assessment

3. Assessment Fee will be submitted through Bank Transfer on the only designated bank of State Life

4. The assessment fee will not guarantee/confirm empanelment of a hospital 

5. Hospitals will not be assessed in case of non-receipt of the assessment fee

6. Hospitals are strictly advised to avoid payments  to any representative/agent
